For the application of Leather Boost Nano Coating, follow these detailed steps for optimal results on both genuine and artificial leather surfaces:
1. Ensure the application area's temperature and humidity are within the optimal range of 5°C to 30°C (41°F to 86°F) and approximately 50% relative humidity. These conditions help achieve maximum effectiveness of the product.
2. Apply the coating in a shaded area to prevent premature drying or uneven application. The leather surface should be cool to the touch.
3. Apply Nasiol TEM APC Pro to clean the leather thoroughly. This step is crucial for removing any dirt, oils, or existing contaminants that could hinder the coating's performance. After cleaning, dry the surface meticulously with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth.
4. Use masking tape or visually divide the leather surface into manageable sections. This helps ensure thorough and consistent coverage without missing any spots.
5. Calculate the product amount based on the type of leather. For genuine leather, use 35-45mL per square meter. For artificial leather, use 30-40mL per square meter. Avoid over-application to prevent wastage and ensure optimal drying and curing.
6. Shake the Leather Boost Nano Coating bottle gently to mix the contents. Pour the recommended amount of coating onto an applicator cloth affixed to an applicator block. Use horizontal and vertical strokes to spread the coating evenly across the leather, ensuring no dry spots remain.
7. Leave the coated leather to dry naturally for 24 hours in a well-ventilated, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight, water, and contaminants. This drying period is crucial for the coating to bond properly with the leather and achieve its full protective capabilities.
8. After the 24-hour drying period, the coated leather surfaces are ready for use. However, for the best durability and performance, avoid exposing the newly coated surfaces to harsh conditions or cleaning them with strong chemicals immediately after application.
